By downloading and using Nab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Nab is a quick reminder app that lets you capture and schedule reminders instantly. All reminders are created manually by you. We do not access your contacts, calendar, or any external accounts.

3. Local Data Management

You acknowledge that all reminder data is stored on your device. Nab is not responsible for any data loss caused by hardware failure, app deletion, or operating system updates. We recommend backing up your device using standard system backups (iCloud/iTunes).

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Nab is available as a monthly ($2.99/month) or yearly ($19.99/year) subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Nab is provided "as is." While we strive to deliver reliable reminders, we are not responsible for missed reminders or any consequences arising from notification failures, incorrect data entry, or device-level notification settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and branding (including the Nab name and logo) are the exclusive property of the app developers.
